Falco Gordon 2: Crash Tested

These boots hold up when it matters most. Unfortunately I was in an accident a week ago. A car driving on the wrong side of the road sideswiped me and my right leg/foot was hit and dragged along the side of the car with my foot getting caught by the wheels and wheel arches of the car. I was travelling at 70kph, the driver was no doubt doing the same (it was a hit and run). I was wearing my Gordon 2s and thankfully have not broken bones in my foot and only severe bruising. The hospital staff are amazed I still have my foot. While every crash will be different, on this occasion these boots savedy right foot. One thing to note though, as the waterproof liner does not attach to the shoe tongue, the waterproofing isn't great in heavy downpours.
