Ordering Policy
When placing an order, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correctamp; true. BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.
Delivery and Handling Charges
BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA delivers only within Australia. We use Australia Posts eParcel network for delivery of orders. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed price for each product on this website.
We determine delivery charges based on weight. We have included with all our product descriptions the weight which is used to calculate your delivery charges. The weight listed is based on the net weight or, in the case of a light bulky item, the cubic weight as applied by Australia Post. If the weight listed is based on the cubic weight, this will be noted in the product information.
All delivery charges payable will be displayed for you at checkout time, prior to you providing payment information.
Returns & Refund Policy
We do offer for exchange of our products if size does not fit or there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.
Defective Items
Defective products must be returned to BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA within (14) fourteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, a similar product or full refund will be offered (excluding freight costs).
How to return your product:
You must contact BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA prior to returning any products. We will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information.
All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the purchase.
NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid to P.O. Box 864 Cowes 3922 Victoria.
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our office immediately so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim with the relevant postal service. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise.
Send your item, in its original packaging or in a re-saleable condition, to the return address provided. Any freight costs incurred are at the customers expense.
As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.
If the item is to be replaced, the replacement product will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA.
There is no refund on delivery charges. The cost of any associated return delivery is at the customers expense. |
